YES, we really do use rich creamy goats milk to produce handcrafted goats milk soap, goats milk lotion and other natural body products. The addition of goat milk to our natural body products helps to nourish and keep our skin healthy, radiant and super conditioned. Do you give out samples?

Yes! We include 1-2 samples in every package we send. If you would like a sample of something specific, let us know!

My friend makes soap in her kitchen, where do you make yours?

All our products are handcrafted by us in a specially designed commercial kitchen, NOT a home kitchen. We DO NOT purchase any "base" formulas from other companies and add a fragrance to it so we can call it our product. We make all of our products from scratch in our own workshop!

I sent an email yesterday and have not received an answer. Why?

We have spam filters on our email site to help eliminate the hundreds of junk emails we receive every day. Unfortunately, sometimes your email can get caught up in this spam filter. We do our best to ensure customer emails do not get caught in the spam filter, but we can occasionally miss an email from time to time. If you do not receive an answer to your email, please send another or you can give us a call toll free at 1-877-833-3740. We try to answer each and every one of our customers in a timely manner!

Do you wholesale your products?

es, we do wholesale our products to other retail stores. Give us a call for more information! 1-877-833-3740 and ask our associates about becoming a wholesale customer.

Can I purchase products in my hometown?

Give us a call toll free at 1-877-833-3740 to find out if we have a wholesale customer near you! Otherwise, you can order from us directly online, call us toll free to place an order, or visit one of our retail stores in Glenwood, New Mexico or Cave Creek, Arizona!

Will you ship my order UPS?

All our orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We have standard ground advantage shipping or priority mail shipping options available. Unfortunately, we do not offer UPS shipping options due to warehouse location not being within distance to a UPS drop off location.

I want to use my credit card, is that possible?

Yes! We accept Visa and Master Card credit cards.

Can I pay check or money order?

Yes! You may, print out your order and send it to us by USPS Mail with a check or money order and we will send your order right out after your check is approved. Please be sure there is money in your account, we charge a $25.00 returned check fee.

What do you do with the information we send you?

We do NOT sell your information to anyone. And we do NOT keep any credit cards on file. The only information that is kept on file is your shipping address when placing an order to make re-ordering more efficient. If it has been over a year since your last order, we will need to re-enter your contact and shipping information into our system to update your customer account.

Do you have a printable catalog?

We do not have a "printable" catalog from our website. However, if you would like a fact sheet on our products, we can mail one to upon request. We will have a brand-new brochure coming out later in 2025!

I would like to start a soap business. Can you send me your recipes for soap, lotion, and cream so I can get started?

No. We own the rights and royalties to our confidential recipes that are under our brand and trademark. The illegal use of our recipes and/or products for personal financial gain is and will be punishable by law. We do however offer all of our products for resale under a wholesale customer contract. You can call or email us to inquire about becoming a wholesale customer.

My baby and I are highly allergic to everything. Will your products be safe for us to use?

We understand people have skin problems, but we cannot say what is right for you. We sell handmade body products made with the least amount of chemicals and colorants and paraben-free preservatives we can make. Always do a skin patch test with any product you plan to use, read your labels and do your research on ingredients.

What oils are your soaps made with?

We use a combination of Olive Oil, Palm Oil and Coconut Oil.

What are the ingredients in your goat milk creams and lotions?

Please see the ingredients listed with each item on our website. Each item is different; therefore, the ingredient list will vary slightly from product to product.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We do our best to package everything safely and securely to be sure your products arrive to you undamaged and ready to use!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! All international orders are shipped USPS. Please note that shipping internationally may require the payment of additional fees and taxes upon the pickup of your parcel from the carrier facility, or upon delivery, depending on where your items are being shipped to. Udder Delight has no control over these fees and can only calculate the initial shipping cost
