The comfrey suave is my go to medicine for many things. 1st for any bruise, cut or injury to the skin. Also I have found it soothing to aching muscles. The 3 oz. tin is the perfect size and lasts a long time. I have used it on dry areas of my face as well. It is a mircle medicine to me. Betina

Degenerative disc disease

This is the second review I've done on this product (the other one no longer shows up). I have now used Comfrey for approximately five years and (like another reviewer said) I recommend it to everyone. I have Degenerative disc disease which I take stronger medication for, but somedays it is not enough. Comfrey takes the "edge" off when I'm still hurting. It has a mild sage(?) scent and works for me within 30 minutes of application. My daughter now uses it for her feet when she's been on them all day. I highly recommend!
